Rain/Bad Weather Cancellations Policy

We DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS for cancellations due to rain or bad weather. However, you do have the option to reschedule your event. If you choose not to reschedule, the cancellation will be treated as a SAME-DAY CANCELLATION and will be subject to our same-day cancellation policy.

Please note the following regarding cancellations and rescheduling:

• Opportunity Costs: Our tents, tables, and other rentals could have been booked by another client. By reserving them, we prioritize your event.
• Rescheduling Fees: Additional fees may apply if labor was utilized on the original event date. These fees cover the cost of labor for installations and tear-downs already performed or in progress before cancellation.
  
• Value of Time: Our team’s time and resources are valuable and could have been allocated to other projects.
  

We encourage you to reschedule your event with us promptly to ensure availability. Adjustments for new dates will be made during the rescheduling process.
