Linen Handling & Returns

(STRICT REQUIREMENTS)

• Linens must not be washed, dried, soaked, or treated by the Client under any circumstance. Customer laundering permanently damages linens and results in replacement charges.

• Shake linens free of heavy debris including food scraps, frosting, sauces, noodles, confetti, and décor.

• Wet or damp linens must be aired out before bagging to prevent mold.

• Linens must be returned only in the netted linen bags provided. Trash bags are not permitted.

• Do not overstuff bags. Large orders must be split evenly across multiple bags.

• All linens, including unused items, must be returned together.

• Missing, damaged, or improperly returned linens will be charged at replacement value.

• Do not include personal or third-party linens. Once sent to the laundry vendor, recovery cannot be guaranteed.

• Returned hangers are appreciated and help keep linen costs from increasing.
