These terms apply to text messages (SMS) sent by Taylor Equipment and Event Rentals, 8550 N 91st Ave, Ste D-40, Peoria, AZ 85345.

Taylor Equipment and Event Rentals Text Alerts
Program description
When you opt in, Taylor Equipment and Event Rentals will text you about your quotes and rental orders, including:
- Follow-ups on quotes you requested
- Order confirmations
- Delivery and pickup updates, including driver arrival windows
- Payment and balance-due reminders
- Replies to questions you send us, and occasional customer service messages
We do not use this program to send you messages on behalf of any other company.
How to opt in
You can opt in by checking the optional text message box on the submit step of our online Quote Cart at www.taylorrentalsuperstore.com. The box is unchecked by default, and you do not need to check it to request a quote or rent from us. The box reads:
"Yes, text me about my quote and order from Taylor Equipment and Event Rentals, including quote follow-ups, order confirmations, delivery and pickup updates, and payment reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms."
You may also opt in by texting START to [TEXT NUMBER PENDING]. We will send one message confirming that you are enrolled.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. How many messages you receive depends on your quotes and orders, and is usually a few messages per order.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. After you opt out, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from us unless you opt in again. To rejoin, text START to [TEXT NUMBER PENDING].

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers; service may not be available on all carriers or devices.
Privacy
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Your phone number
You agree to tell us if you change or give up the mobile number you used to opt in. You confirm you are the account holder for that number or have the account holder's permission to receive our messages.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed.
