Like everywhere in the West Valley, Surprise gets busy with November and December holiday parties. Surprise also has a second rush that other cities don’t: March. Spring training at Surprise Stadium brings visiting family, team watch parties and outdoor gatherings while the weather is still perfect.
Hosting in late February or March? Book early. Those weekends overlap with the start of spring wedding season.

Surprise orders are split about evenly between delivery and pickup. We usually deliver the day before. Your driver texts you a window, so make sure someone can open the gate. Picking up? Pick up and return at our Peoria warehouse during store hours.
Yes: high-top tables, a black folding bar, chairs and tables. Late February and March weekends fill up, so book before February.
No. Delivery is quoted with your order, and pickup at our Peoria warehouse is always an option for a few tables and chairs.
Yes. On hard surfaces we use water-barrel ballast instead of stakes. Tell us the surface when you book so we can plan.
