- Chairs are for sitting only. Do not stand on them or use them as a step stool or ladder.
- No balloon-popping games, musical chairs, rocking, tipping or other games or activities on or with the chairs.
- Use the chairs only for their intended purpose.
- Taylor Equipment does not assume responsibility for any injury of any kind arising from the use or misuse of rental chairs.
- By renting, you agree to supervise their use at your event.

Items added to the Quote Cart are a request for a quote, not a reservation. Availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed and your deposit is paid.
A nonrefundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve your rental, and it can be used as store credit.
Reductions to certain reserved items, including chairs, tents, and dance floors, may not be permitted.
Setup and take-down services are available for an additional charge.
For collection, please sort, fold, and stack items as they were delivered.
You are responsible for rental items from receipt until return or collection. Please protect them from theft, damage, and weather. Missing, stolen, or damaged items may be charged at replacement cost.
