- Joined tents
- Where tents are joined, the legs where they meet take up a little room.
- Frame and top
- Aluminum frame; white 16 oz vinyl top that blocks the sun
- Flame rating
- The top is flame retardant and meets NFPA 701
- Height
- Legs 8 ft tall; the peak rises 8 ft 6 in above the edge, about 16 ft 6 in at the top
- Center pole
- None. Two steel cables run corner to corner under the top, so the middle stays open.
- Install
- Our crew delivers, installs and takes down every tent.
- Anchoring
- On grass or dirt: four 42-inch steel stakes, one at each corner. On concrete, pavers or a patio: water barrels instead of stakes.
- Weather
- Guests leave the tent if winds pass 38 mph.
- Overhead lines
- The tent can’t go up within 50 feet of overhead power lines.
- Heaters
- Propane patio heaters can't go under the tent. The fire code and the heater's own instructions don't allow it. Set them outside, at least 5 feet from the tent and from exits. Call us to plan heat for a tented event.
- Add-ons
- String lights on the cross cables $25 per cable (2 per 20 by 20 section); pole swag $10 each

A nonrefundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve your rental, and it can be used as store credit.
Reductions to certain reserved items, including chairs, tents, and dance floors, may not be permitted.
Rain or bad weather does not qualify an order for a refund. Rescheduling may be available; additional charges may apply if work has already been performed.
You are responsible for rental items from receipt until return or collection. Please protect them from theft, damage, and weather. Missing, stolen, or damaged items may be charged at replacement cost.
